Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Translate product requirements and design systems into maintainable frontend architecture
- Improve Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and cross-browser reliability across client projects
- Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs, analytics, authentication, and content workflows
- Review code, guide implementation patterns, and mentor engineers on frontend best practices
- Write unit and integration tests for critical user journeys and reusable components
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and client stakeholders throughout delivery
- Document technical decisions and support smooth handoff to client teams
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Strong proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
- Experience building accessible, responsive interfaces from Figma or similar design tools
- Knowledge of frontend performance profiling, testing, and SEO fundamentals
- Comfort working with REST APIs, headless CMS platforms, and analytics tools
- Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and collaborative code review
- Strong communication skills for client-facing delivery environments
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
